Digital Design and Creative Direction for Ogilvy’s International Women’s Day 2025 campaign, The Focus. The Force. The Future. At the center of the identity is a bold, custom “W,” built from a collage of layered silhouettes, vibrant patterns, and graphic textures. Each segment of the “W” represents the multifaceted identities of women at Ogilvy and beyond—intersecting forms that speak to individuality, unity, and momentum. The use of contrasting colors and cut-out profiles gives the letterform both structure and movement, echoing the power and presence of the women it celebrates.
The visual struck a chord across the agency and quickly grew beyond digital. It was turned into wearable and shareable pieces—hoodies, pins, postcards, stickers, and more—transforming the design into something people carried with pride. It became more than a graphic—it became a statement.
